Pioneering a new concept in hair care, Persephone combines the raw power of natural ingredients with the science of contemporary hair care.

Aaron - CEO

Aaron founded the company in 2012 in response to what he perceived as a lack of high performance amongst the natural cosmetic product lines. He works full time on Persephone from their office/laboratory in Berkeley.

Parker - Lead Developer

Developer and cosmetologist currently working out of Swan Studio. Joining the Persephone team in early 2014, Parker brings a wealth of knowledge and a vegan perspective to the lab.

Jane - Developer

Jane is the owner of Lost Salon. In addition to her work with Persephone, she styles at Lost and lives in Oakland with her husband and two dogs, Weezy and Bella.

Zoetica - Art Director

After co-founding The Secret Guide to Alternative Beijing and Coilhouse magazine, running a style blog, contributing writing, art and photography to various publications like China Shop (Red Bull's culture magazine), as well as years of running her own blog, Biorequiem, Zoetica comes to the Persephone team an established and multi-faceted artist with a pointed, elegant style.
